This Privacy Policy explains how TAP GREEN (“the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the App.
The App is designed as a simple app that stores user-entered data locally on your device. We do not operate our own external server to collect or store the data you enter into the App. However, the App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, and Google may collect and use certain information as described below.
By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
1. Information Stored in the App
The App may allow you to enter or save information within the App.
This information is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store the information you enter in the App on our own external servers.
If you delete the App from your device, the data stored locally in the App may also be deleted.
2. Information We Do Not Collect Directly
We do not directly collect the following information through our own servers:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your precise location
- Payment information
- User-entered app data stored locally on your device
The App does not include account registration, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.
3. Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service provided by Google, to display advertisements.
Google AdMob may collect and use certain information for purposes such as:
- Displaying advertisements
- Personalizing advertisements, where permitted
- Measuring advertisement performance
- Preventing fraud and abuse
- Maintaining and improving advertising services
Information used by Google AdMob may include, but is not limited to:
- Advertising identifiers, such as IDFA on iOS where permitted
- Device information
- App usage information
- Advertisement impressions and clicks
- IP address
- Approximate location derived from IP address

4. App Tracking Transparency and Advertising Identifier
On iOS, the App may request permission to use the device’s advertising identifier, known as IDFA, through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework.
If you allow tracking, Google AdMob may use the advertising identifier to help provide personalized advertisements and measure advertisement performance.
If you do not allow tracking, you can continue to use the App. However, the advertisements displayed may be less relevant to you.
You can change your tracking permission at any time in your device settings.
5. Consent for Users in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
For users located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the App may request consent for the use of personal data for advertising purposes, including personalized advertising and measurement, as required by applicable laws and Google’s EU User Consent Policy.
Depending on your location and settings, you may be asked to consent to:
- The use of device identifiers or similar technologies
- Personalized advertising
- Advertisement measurement
- Storage and access of information on your device
- Processing of personal data by Google and its advertising partners
You may change or withdraw your consent at any time through the consent settings available in the App, if provided, or through your device or Google advertising settings.
If you do not consent, you can still use the App, but the advertisements displayed may be non-personalized.
6. Legal Bases for Processing for EEA, UK, and Swiss Users
Where applicable, the processing of personal data for advertising purposes may be based on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Your consent
- Compliance with legal obligations
- Legitimate interests, such as fraud prevention, security, and service maintenance
The App itself does not collect or store user-entered data on our own external servers. Advertising-related data may be processed by Google and its partners according to their own privacy policies and applicable legal bases.
7. Rights of EEA, UK, and Swiss Users
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights under applicable privacy laws, including the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Withdraw consent
- Request data portability
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
Because the App stores user-entered data locally on your device and we do not collect that data on our own servers, you can delete locally stored data by using any reset or delete function provided in the App, or by deleting the App from your device.

8. United States Privacy Notice
For users in the United States, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, and other states with privacy laws, you may have certain rights depending on your state of residence.
These rights may include the right to:
- Know what categories of personal information are collected
- Request access to personal information
- Request deletion of personal information
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of certain targeted advertising or sharing of personal information
- Limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, where applicable
We do not sell the user-entered data stored locally in the App.
However, Google AdMob may process advertising-related information, such as advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location, ad interaction data, and usage information, for advertising and measurement purposes.
You can manage certain advertising preferences through your device settings and Google’s advertising settings.
9. California Privacy Notice
If you are a California resident, you may have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act.
The App itself does not collect user-entered data on our own external servers. We do not sell the user-entered data stored locally in the App.
However, because the App uses Google AdMob, certain advertising-related data may be collected or processed by Google. Depending on how applicable laws define “sharing” or “targeted advertising,” the use of advertising identifiers and similar data for personalized advertising may be considered sharing.
Categories of information that may be processed by Google AdMob include:
- Identifiers, such as advertising identifiers
- Internet or other electronic network activity information
- Approximate location information
- Device information
- Advertising interaction information

10. Canada and Quebec Privacy Notice
If you are located in Canada, including Quebec, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of certain personal information.
The App stores user-entered data locally on your device and does not transmit that data to our own external servers.
Advertising-related data may be processed by Google AdMob according to Google’s own privacy policies.
11. Brazil Privacy Notice
If you are located in Brazil, you may have rights under the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, also known as the LGPD.
These rights may include the right to:
- Confirm whether personal data is processed
- Access personal data
- Correct incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request deletion or anonymization of certain data
- Withdraw consent
- Request information about data sharing
The App itself does not collect user-entered data on our own external servers. Advertising-related data may be processed by Google AdMob according to Google’s policies.
12. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our own servers. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us.
Because the App uses Google AdMob, Google may process certain advertising-related information according to its own policies and applicable laws. Where required, age-related settings or restrictions may apply.
13. Data Retention
User-entered data is stored locally on your device unless you delete it.
You can delete locally stored data by:
- Using a reset or delete function in the App, if available
- Deleting the App from your device
We do not keep a separate copy of user-entered data on our own external servers.
Advertising-related data processed by Google AdMob is retained according to Google’s own policies.
14. Data Sharing
We do not share user-entered data stored locally in the App with our own external servers.
However, advertising-related data may be shared with or processed by Google AdMob and Google’s advertising partners for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and related purposes.

15. International Data Transfers
The App may be available worldwide.
Because the App uses Google AdMob, advertising-related data may be processed in countries or regions outside your country of residence. Google and its partners may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.
16. Security
We take reasonable measures to design the App so that user-entered data is stored locally on your device.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, including using device passcodes, biometric authentication, and other security features where appropriate.
17. Your Choices
You may have the following choices:
- You can continue using the App even if you do not allow tracking.
- You can change tracking permission in your iOS device settings.
- You can manage advertising preferences through Google or your device settings.
- You can delete locally stored data by using the App’s reset function, if available, or by deleting the App.
- Users in certain regions may be able to change or withdraw advertising consent through the App’s consent settings, if provided.
18. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If we make important changes, we may notify users by updating this page, changing the “Last Updated” date, or providing notice within the App where appropriate.

本プライバシーポリシーは、TAP GREEN（以下「本アプリ」、「当方」、「私たち」といいます）におけるユーザー情報の取扱いについて説明するものです。
本アプリは、ユーザーが入力したデータを端末内に保存するシンプルなアプリとして設計されています。当方は、ユーザーが本アプリに入力したデータを収集・保存するための独自の外部サーバーを運営していません。
ただし、本アプリは広告を表示するために Google AdMob を使用しています。そのため、Google が以下に記載する一定の情報を収集・使用する場合があります。
本アプリを利用することにより、ユーザーは本プライバシーポリシーの内容に同意したものとみなされます。
1. 本アプリ内に保存される情報
本アプリでは、ユーザーが情報を入力または保存できる場合があります。
これらの情報は、ユーザーの端末内にローカル保存されます。当方は、ユーザーが本アプリに入力した情報を、独自の外部サーバーへ送信、収集、保存しません。
ユーザーが本アプリを端末から削除した場合、本アプリ内にローカル保存されたデータも削除される場合があります。
2. 当方が直接収集しない情報
当方は、独自のサーバーを通じて、以下の情報を直接収集しません。
- 氏名
- メールアドレス
- 電話番号
- 正確な位置情報
- 支払い情報
- ユーザーが本アプリに入力し、端末内に保存されるデータ
本アプリには、アカウント登録、サブスクリプション、アプリ内課金はありません。
3. 広告について
本アプリは、広告を表示するために、Google が提供する第三者広告サービスである Google AdMob を使用しています。
Google AdMob は、以下の目的のために、一定の情報を収集・使用する場合があります。
- 広告の表示
- 許可されている場合のパーソナライズ広告の表示
- 広告効果の測定

4. App Tracking Transparency と広告識別子について
iOSでは、本アプリがAppleの App Tracking Transparency フレームワークを通じて、端末の広告識別子であるIDFAの使用許可を求める場合があります。
ユーザーがトラッキングを許可した場合、Google AdMob は、パーソナライズ広告の表示や広告効果の測定のために、広告識別子を使用する場合があります。
ユーザーがトラッキングを許可しない場合でも、本アプリを引き続き利用できます。ただし、表示される広告がユーザーにとって関連性の低いものになる場合があります。
ユーザーは、端末の設定から、いつでもトラッキング許可を変更できます。
5. EEA、英国、スイスのユーザーの同意について
欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、またはスイスに所在するユーザーについては、適用される法令およびGoogleのEUユーザー同意ポリシーに基づき、広告目的での個人データの利用について同意を求める場合があります。
ユーザーの所在地や設定に応じて、以下について同意を求める場合があります。

8. 米国向けプライバシー通知

当方は、本アプリにローカル保存されたユーザー入力データを販売しません。

ユーザーは、端末の設定やGoogleの広告設定を通じて、一定の広告設定を管理できます。
9. カリフォルニア州向けプライバシー通知
ユーザーがカリフォルニア州の居住者である場合、California Consumer Privacy Act（CCPA）およびCalifornia Privacy Rights Act（CPRA）に基づき、特定の権利を有する場合があります。
本アプリ自体は、ユーザーが入力したデータを当方独自の外部サーバーへ収集しません。当方は、本アプリ内にローカル保存されたユーザー入力データを販売しません。
ただし、本アプリは Google AdMob を使用しているため、一定の広告関連データが Google により収集または処理される場合があります。適用される法令において「共有」または「ターゲティング広告」がどのように定義されるかによっては、パーソナライズ広告のために広告識別子等を使用することが「共有」に該当する場合があります。

12. 子どものプライバシー

当方は、独自のサーバーを通じて、13歳未満の子どもから個人情報を故意に収集しません。保護者の方が、子どもが本アプリを通じて個人情報を提供したと考える場合は、当方までご連絡ください。
本アプリは Google AdMob を使用しているため、Google が一定の広告関連情報を、Googleのポリシーおよび適用される法令に従って処理する場合があります。必要に応じて、年齢に関する設定または制限が適用される場合があります。
13. データの保存期間
ユーザーが入力したデータは、ユーザーが削除しない限り、端末内にローカル保存されます。
ユーザーは、以下の方法でローカル保存されたデータを削除できます。
- 本アプリ内にリセットまたは削除機能がある場合は、その機能を使用する
- 本アプリを端末から削除する
当方は、ユーザー入力データの別コピーを独自の外部サーバーに保存しません。
Google AdMob により処理される広告関連データの保存期間については、Googleのポリシーに従います。
14. データの共有
当方は、本アプリにローカル保存されたユーザー入力データを、当方独自の外部サーバーと共有しません。
ただし、広告関連データについては、広告配信、測定、不正防止、その他関連する目的のために、Google AdMob およびGoogleの広告パートナーにより処理または共有される場合があります。

15. 国際的なデータ移転
本アプリは、世界中で利用可能な場合があります。
本アプリは Google AdMob を使用しているため、広告関連データが、ユーザーの居住国以外の国または地域で処理される場合があります。Googleおよびそのパートナーは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーおよび適用されるデータ保護法に従って情報を処理する場合があります。
16. セキュリティ
当方は、ユーザー入力データが端末内にローカル保存されるよう、本アプリを設計するうえで合理的な措置を講じます。
ただし、電子的な保存または送信の方法に完全に安全なものはありません。ユーザーは、端末のパスコード、生体認証、その他のセキュリティ機能を利用するなど、自身の端末の安全性を維持する責任を負います。
17. ユーザーの選択肢
ユーザーには、以下の選択肢があります。
- トラッキングを許可しない場合でも、本アプリを引き続き利用できます。
- iOS端末の設定から、トラッキング許可を変更できます。
- Googleまたは端末の設定を通じて、広告設定を管理できます。
- 本アプリ内のリセット機能がある場合はその機能を使用すること、または本アプリを削除することにより、ローカル保存されたデータを削除できます。
- 一部地域のユーザーは、本アプリ内に同意設定が用意されている場合、その設定から広告に関する同意を変更または撤回できる場合があります。
18. 本プライバシーポリシーの変更
当方は、必要に応じて本プライバシーポリシーを更新する場合があります。
重要な変更を行う場合、当方は本ページの更新、「最終更新日」の変更、または適切な場合には本アプリ内での通知により、ユーザーに知らせる場合があります。
